Delete your account

One BSAPH account signs you in to MotorFile, QiblaFlow, ProWrench, Forecourt, Crave and BSAPH Portal. Deleting it here deletes it for all of them.

Sign in to delete your accountYou will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.

In the app

You can also delete your account inside each app: open your Profile or Settings and choose Delete account. It is the same request as the button above.

What happens

  1. Straight away: you are signed out on every device and can no longer sign in. Your name, profile photo, theme choices, notification tokens and message devices are removed.
  2. Within 30 days: the rest of your personal details are erased, including your email address, saved vehicles, reminders, search history and linked Google or Apple sign-in.
  3. What we keep: records the law requires us to keep, such as receipts, invoices and pharmacy records. They are kept for as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.

If you run a business on BSAPH

If you are the only owner of a business account that has customers, orders, bookings, payments, team members or a live website, we cannot delete it automatically without leaving that business with nobody in charge. Your request is still recorded: our team closes the business account within 30 days and emails you. If someone else also owns the business, your personal account is deleted straight away.

Can't sign in?

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page first. If that does not work, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will handle it for you.
